Refund policy

Dubias, Hissing Roachs and any other insects we sell are not returnable. We will, however, replace all or part of an order as detailed below. 

If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, including excessive roach deaths, you must inform us and send pictures within 1 hour of receiving your package as indicated by the time the package was signed.  Email pictures to: DevonshiredragonsOH@gmail.com

Lost shipments, and shipments that have excessive numbers of dead Dubias, will be replaced at our discretion .  Please keep in mind that all orders contain 10% more than insects by weight than ordered to compensate for normal numbers of shipping casualties. We will not refund the purchase price, we replace the insects ONE TIME.  We will not replace shipments for orders with incorrect addresses submitted or if you have ordered the incorrect size.
